You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as personalized items, perishable goods, or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
2. How to Initiate a Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of business days, typically 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, Mejra will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a suitable resolution.
