Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our facility at 2966 Ridenour Street, Miami, FL, US. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping (USA): 3-7 business days
  • International Shipping (EU): 7-14 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • International Shipping (EU): Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. Mejra is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment costs.
