All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. We do not offer price matching. The price applicable to your order will be the price at the time your order is accepted.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

However, Mejra is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to factors outside of our control.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to products you purchase through Mejra shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Miami, Florida, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Mejra’s intellectual property rights, Mejra may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Florida, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Mejra reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. 15. Severability
